Our boxes are made in Italy with high quality cardboard. This ensures a long service life and a high load capacity. Cardboard, moreover, is an easy to recycle material, therefore sustainable and with a low environmental impact. In addition to practicality, the Lavatelli boxes are available in very beautiful, elegant, colorful, floral and trendy patterns. The boxes, if left exposed, can be a classy decorative element.

Details that make the difference.

– easy, quick and safe to assemble, there are no buttons. Buttons can break, get lost around the house and be dangerous for children, the elderly and animals.

– 4 metal rivets are attached to the corners of the lid to provide greater strength in an area generally more exposed to impact

– high resistance to internal load and to the load on the lid. This allows multiple boxes to be stacked on top of each other.

– Each box arrives folded into the lid and can be mounted thanks to the 4 hooks and 2 handles supplied. Assembly is extremely easy and well described on the box.

A BIT OF HISTORY

The Lavatelli company, founded in 1958 in Turin, has always placed the creation of quality products at the center of its activity.

Already in the 70s we developed the first cardboard boxes and patented the current mounting system.

Our boxes today are an excellence of “Made in Italy” which, we want to remember with great pride, also extends to sectors that are generally less visible, such as that of the home storage.

The Lavatelli boxes are therefore 100% made in Italy, differentiating themselves in a market of imported products and guaranteeing quality in the materials and design of each individual item.

Cardboard boxes are undoubtedly our hallmark, made in Turin, with sustainable and recyclable materials and with a patented assembly system, simple, fast and safe, since there are few small assembly elements.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

4 rivets applied on the lid

The upper part, in the 4 corners, is usually the one most exposed to shocks and most stressed, since they can be placed on top of other boxes and objects.

The 4 metal rivets, in addition to giving a touch of style, make the box more resistant where it normally would be less.

The lid arrives already assembled, with the box body folded inside. Obviously the rivets are already mounted.

Importance of the handles

The handles in these boxes perform 2 important functions:

– allow the boxes to be lifted and moved very easily even when full;

– give the box a considerable resistance, since they are positioned in a focal point. The weight is concentrated in the strongest point of the box and not on the edges, thus giving a surprisingly high load capacity.

In addition, the handles have an elegant shape and a color that always matches the tones of the box.

Mounting system

The box has a really simple, quick and safe assembly system, which at the same time gives the box resistance to load and resistance over time.

On the short sides, near the seat of the handles, the cardboard will be folded 3 times, giving a very resistant support to the only fastening elements, that is the handles.

Our boxes can be assembled in less than 60 seconds using just a few elements.

It should be noted that the boxes do not intentionally present the series of plastic buttons to be applied along the edges.
