I ordered these electrolytes as I prefer to use them instead of coffee in the afternoon. It definitely helps you feeling a bit more alert and clear minded and doesn't give you a jittery feeling or bad sleep like coffee would (to some of us..😅) These came in a cute little box, pre portioned in handy individual pouches. I like that you can just take a sachet with you rather than messing around with boxes of powders etc. The powder dissolved easily and quickly and the ones I've tired so far taste nice. I diluted them in 500ml water and it still had enough flavour for me but you can use less to make it more intense. Overall it's a nice product, I like that it has added vitamins too. Price wise it's a bit more expensive than my old electrolyte but have to appreciate that it is all natural ingredients and also has the added vitamins.
This is a solid variety pack, and at £8.99 for 12 sachets, it’s a reasonable price, though you can definitely find cheaper electrolyte options if you're just looking for bulk. However, the standout feature for me is the packaging. The sachets are very tough, a couple of them survived rattling around at the bottom of my handbag for over a week without splitting or leaking, which is great for portability. I like to keep these on hand for a bit of recovery if I’ve had a few drinks the night before, but they are also excellent for my elderly dad when he just needs a bit of a hydration boost. As for the flavor, they are okay. They do have that distinct salty edge that most electrolyte powders have, but it isn't too offensive or overpowering. I’ve found the best way to enjoy them is to dilute them in about 350ml for me. But they say between 200ml and a litre.
I think products like this are hugely overpriced and suggest that more money goes into marketing and packaging than the actual content. Having said that, it is actually rather good and I might even buy it again. The packaging is also very "up market" so well done to the design team.
Good variety and a great introduction to the flavours and products. Have tried 4 flavours so far and all have been lovely. The thing that stands out for me in comparison to others I have tried is the taste, they are somewhat sweet but not so much so to the point it's sickly which is a great change from others. I tried these in replacement for my coffee in the mornings before heading out. I definitely feel more alert after these, Also great for before the gym or my swim class. I noticed my energy was much better when I had one of these before my swim class. Kept me feeling more hydrated than if I was to of had my coffee beforehand for sure. Easy to mix and dissolves really well and dose not have a grainy or chalky consistency Good value for money especially to get started
Sorry not one I’d re order. Prefer the d version for needs. Tryed a few makes and still feel original that is known make better for needs and work. Look nice presented and got on offer but felt bit anxious after taking also

I ordered these for the occasional hangover which hits a lot harder as I get older and to have on standby in my first aid kit. They are super useful to have on standby for illness. As far as I can tell, their claim that they are based on WHO guidelines is correct which is a nice touch. Taste is lovely, not too sweet and you can chug them down quickly or sip at leisure. The recommended concentration of 500ml worked for me. It was like drinking 5-1 ribena but it does say you can dilute down with up to 1litre or up to 200ml so you'll be able to find the right balance of flavour. The sachets are tough while sealed but rip open easily enough. I did get some clumping with my first sachet but I think that was due to the time it took to locate a spoon in my hungover state. Shaking briefly in a water bottle or instant stirring solved that though and there was not solid particles left at the bottom of the cup. Price seems very fair for 12 sachets ( £8.99 at the time of order) and slightly cheaper than my usual pharmacy brand.
