Containing a 1:1 ratio of protein and carbohydrates, REGO Rapid Recovery is formulated to support muscle recovery following endurance exercise. It contains 22g of carbohydrates to help replenish your body’s glycogen stores and 21g of protein to help build muscle mass.
A complete amino acid profile, with 2.5g of leucine and a vitamin and mineral blend added to meet athletes’ daily recommended intake and replenish minerals lost via sweat.

How to prepare:
Add 50g (approx. two full scoops) to 500 ml of cold water and shake well. This product is best consumed up to 30 minutes after exercise for optimal recovery. It is not intended to be mixed with milk, as it will slow down the recovery rate. No more than three servings per day are recommended.

This is a vegan protein shake suitable for lactose intolerants and is ideal for those looking for a meal replacement shake or low calorie protein powder.
