Why can’t I add devices after installing the app?

Before adding a device, please check the following:

1. Make sure the probe is removed from the booster.

2. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone. For Android mobile phones, please also enable GPS/location services.

Why is the working distance of the thermometer shorter when using a smoker?

All-metal enclosed appliances like smokers can interfere with wireless signals. For stable connectivity, place the booster as close to the probe as possible. Fully enclosed ovens and air fryers may also reduce the maximum effective range.

Why does the App has reached the target temperature immediately after the meat is put into the oven?

The part under the probe groove is not completely inserted into the meat, so that the probe is exposed to the outside. At this time, the temperature of the probe is consistent with the ambient temperature.
